Making Seed Tape for Earth Day
Many thanks to our member Lori, who made this video showing a simple and fast way to make seed tape. This is a great project for Earth Day and also a fun family gardening project for early spring when we are all itching to get out in the garden.
Making Garden Bling (a.k.a. Fairy Stakes)
Thanks to our EGC member Jill for showing us the basic how-to. To create a stake you will need: one 8/32 stainless steel threaded rod, one 8/32 nut, one glass cabinet pull (8/32 is a standard size), glass bracelet beads and metal charms. These items are easily purchased in bulk from online sources.
